The Underground

I led the 15-person team behind 'The Underground', my Senior Year Capstone Film. From hosting weekly production meetings to addressing continuity errors across 15+ shots, this semester pushed me to grow as a Director and creative visionary.

 

So...what happened? After a global environmental collapse, humanity is forced to move underground to avoid the harsh atmosphere of Earth’s deteriorating surface. Many years later, people have learned to adapt to the sub-surface’s dense, moist environment. This story follows Harriett, a stoic nihilist with an odd fascination for death’s permanence, and Trent, an earnest activist who seeks to incite change for people’s rights throughout his city. Though opposites on the surface, these two have much more in common than anyone would think...
